this is one of the cards we made at the regional seminar last month. again, this uses the nature walk stamp set. i love the crimping on the end of the envelope. i tend to forget about "dressing up" the envelopes...Ü

this is the little note card + holder we made at the regional seminar in boise last month. it uses the nature walk stamp set. this is not a set i would typically buy, but i do like it now that i've made some cute things with it.

"create" banner

last month, stampin' up! came to boise and i was so happy that i was able to attend! with work, kids' sports, and just life in general, i hardly find time to stamp &/or craft anymore. i definitely need to start blocking out time each week for it no matter what so that i'll stay sane!

anyway, this is one of the projects we got to make that day. i will be posting the rest of the projects within the next week or so...so be sure to come back! Ü

new message board area.

i recently changed out my plain, old bulletin board for this. i pretty much copied the picture on the front of stampin' up's decor elements catalog. i covered my magnetic sheet with retired designer series paper though, instead of leaving it the plain metal look. also, i put the chalkboard decor elements on a smooth piece of mdf board (i think that's what it is called Ü) since my walls are textured and i wasn't sure how i'd be able to write on it if it was just put straight onto the wall. anyway, i think it turned out great & i love the fresh, new look!

wedding invitation + response card.

first of all, i want to apologize for not posting for sooo long (again!). i had all sorts of things to post the other day & for some reason, blogger didn't want to cooperate with me. anyway, i finally found a way around the problem, so here we go...hopefully, i'll be back in business for awhile!

this is the wedding invitation i made for my cousin's wedding. i used the champagne dazzle versamark pad for the swirl on the bottom. very light but pretty...

here's a look at the invitation without the vellum sleeve. i also sprayed each invite with shimmer spray...kind of hard to tell in the picture though.
